Recently had a home energy audit and I'm shopping for attic insulation estimates

New to us, older home. Ice dams in-between bathroom storm wind and window Some rooms colder then others.

1840 farm house with airleak under one crawl space with stone foundation. Two other rooms with block foundation and crawl space could also use better insulation. We just purchased the home at the above address and I've always had energy audits done in the past to get my "master list" of improvements to do on the house. In MA where we lived, these audits were free and subcontracted out by the utility companies. I'm wondering if there is a cost and/or commitment for getting a comprehensive audit done?
